Q: What materials are used in Miracle EzWrap?
A: Plastic film, similar to those found in the supermarket.
Q: If there is no blade, how do I tear the sheets?
A: The sheets have a perforated line that helps you pull off the amount you want.
Q: What size are the individual sheets?
A: 14” x 14”
Q: How many sheets to a roll?
A: Two (2) sizes are available 100 sheets or 300 sheets
Q: How may rolls in a case?
A: 10
Q: How are the rolls shipped?
A: The rolls are shipped on a pallet by a commercial trucking line.
Q: What if I want a custom design but do not have any artwork?
A: Robbie has several clip art designs you can choose from. These are located under our ordering tab button.
Q: Can you use a photo of my church for the artwork?
A: Yes. If no art work available - send Reflective ART (photo, printed sample).
Q: What type of files do you accept for artwork?
A: Your logo or illustrations need to be supplied in vector format (Illustrator- 9, 10, CS, CS2.) Artwork can be supplied in jpeg or tiff format in Photoshop.
Q: Do I need to use all three ovals?
A: Yes

A: One (1)
Q: Is there a minimum amount that I must order?
A: 25 cases or 250 rolls
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept checks.
Q: Do I need to pay tax?
A: Yes, unless you can supply your sales tax exempt number.
Q: How soon once my order is placed, can I receive my order?
A: Orders are shipped five (5) weeks after order is received. If you are placing a custom order, your shipment will be shipped five (5) weeks after final artwork received.
Q: How will I know when my order is shipped?
A: You will receive an email confirming your ship date.
Q: Can I ship to more than one location?
A: No
